What can you expect?

Dr. Eileen focuses on you as a whole person Ė mind, heart, and body. The meaning you make of your own experiences can affect you in ways you donít even recognize. Dr. Eileen listens deeply to your personal story and can begin to hear the things you may not be saying, the things you avoid saying, or even the things you donít want to hear. Her way of working transcends and includes everything you bring as a whole person. As a psychologist, she is a mental health practitioner raised to understand people in terms of their own personal development and experience in life.

Are there goals for therapy?

The main goal of therapy is to understand yourself and your experiences. Dr. Eileen helps you untangle your own thoughts, impulses, feelings, judgment, needs, and wishes. Itís about the meaning you give to your experiences and how you handle the knowledge of that meaning.
