Location and Policies
Dr. Eileen holds sessions between Monday morning and Thursday evening in a townhouse in Georgetown, N.W., Washington, D.C. Street parking is easily accessible and the Wisconsin Avenue bus lines run within walking distance to her office. There are also paid-for parking lots within 5 blocks.
There is an initial consultation session, which is set at a fixed fee, so that you can interact with Dr. Eileen to ensure that the working relationship is a good ‘fit’ for both parties. If you decide to continue with Dr. Eileen, your therapeutic needs will be discussed and an appropriate agreement, including frequency, time, and fee, will be determined.
Dr. Eileen does not accept health care management plans, but she will provide you with statements detailing services that you may submit for reimbursement.
This is a mutual relationship, one in which both client and psychologist feel a connection in order to reach the client’s ultimate goals. As a client, you will want to look for a therapist that is the ‘right fit’ for your personality and needs. Dr. Eileen is looking to work with those individuals that she can especially serve well with her abilities and gifts. If, for any reason, this fit seems to be off, Dr. Eileen will work with you in order to find another capable colleague in the area that may be a better fit for your needs.
