What to Expect

You may be prompted by something happening in your world.

Or you may be goaded by an ache, deep down, that just won’t quit.

Either way – here’s what you can expect:

We meet in person for 30 minutes at no charge.

If we decide to extend the consultation or to continue meeting, we make a plan for working together that includes frequency of sessions and the fee.

I’m here to learn how I can help you. And to have the chance that friends and family, good books and even medication can’t match.

Confidentiality and control of the agreement we make to work together is the cornerstone of the outcome.

I guard the privacy and integrity of our purpose – in part – by not participating in health insurance panels. In order to do my work well, I need to make our working agreement directly with you.

Your health insurance may assist your payment for my services as a licensed clinical psychologist. I provide you with an invoice that includes all pertinent information.

Trust, sensitivity, and listening mean everything in this form of health care treatment.

That’s between you and I.
